Dr Mike Adsense Guru

I just came back from an Adsense Seminar conducted by Dr Mike. He's an Internet Marketer mining gold in the adsense arena. Now for those reading this, and you're into affiliate marketing, don't drop out of the affiliate marketing industry and hop onto the adsense band wagon just because it sounds lucrative. It is...however, the key to being successful is to chip away at 1 industry until gold is hit.

Because, 1 adsense site isn't going to make you rich, neither will 2 or 3. It takes effort to succeed in adsense. Some people have entire teams working around adsense sites building unique content. Some have around 500 adsense sites with special applications that attract audiences to book mark them. To make big money in Adsense is not just putting up a site and slapping a few articles together. As in all other areas of Internet Marketing, adsense can make you rich...BUT it takes work like everything else.

How's that for a reality check :)

Adsense is still a great arena, as is affiliate marketing, and my personal favourite residual income programs, because residual income programs pay forever after a 1 time sale. The key to adsense is to create sites that function like residual programs. To me, having to post articles daily to attract readers, is not exactly residual income. Finding a way to update content on the site "automatically" or draw users to use the site is the real key to success with adsense. This is congruent with the residual income idea..
