Be succinct in your replies. No need to add your thoughts or how you feel. You should only be thinking of one and one thing only, and that is address the issue and solve the problem.

Start a FAQ section in your blog or website. This is not only a valuable time saver, it allows you to address Common Concerns and frees up your time to attend to more pressing issues.
